FUN. Some Nights

August 25, 2009 Fun. released their first album titled Aim and Ignite and after three years of patiently waiting they have finally released their sophomore album, Some Nights.

The New York based trio proved that they still have a lot to offer after switching from the Nettwerk label to Fueled by Ramen in August of 2010. All eleven tracks were written and produced in the course of nine months with the help of producer Jeff Bhasker. September of 2011 We Are Young was released as the first single of Some Nights and went mainstream early 2012 after the Fox television series Glee covered the song resulting in it being one of the highest debut singles of their season though personally one I did not enjoy. Shortly after We Are Young became the theme song of the new Chevrolet commercial that debuted during Super Bowl Sunday instantly grasping new fans.
